Return and Refund

Once an order for sweets is confirmed on our end, no refunds are possible. Should the order be cancelled before confirmation, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s account. If you have any questions, please contact us via email.

We do not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Radhey Sweets.

Once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellation will not be allowed.
